One of the current claims is that there are "Shadow People" that are some type of Alien cloaking device. Which means a phenomenon that was considerd to be ghosts is now Alien Technology
They also state that if the Alien was seen at the 2nd stoy window, it would have taken "Thousands of dollars of equipment and scaffolding"
The
basic issue is that this initiative is based on the theory that they
want State Government to force the Federal Government to release
information that they believe has been "covered up" by using "Evidence"
that they will not release?
