Playing
Ouija
One night, a few years back, a couple
of friends and I were having a sleepover and decided to have a little
fun. Lately I had noticed things where they were not put, images out of
the corner of my eye, the strange feeling of immense
fear. I knew there was something going on, but didn't think much of it
untill
this night. My friend had brought to my house her "trusty" Quija board.
Yes
I know, "Oh that stupid thing...." Well as the game may be said to be
stupid
it was of some purpose to us. We lit some candles started incense and
sat
down around the board to "play".Nothing happened for quite a while so I
decided
to get up and get some water from the kitchen, as I stood up I got the
strangest
feeling, like i knew something, yet I didn't know what. I sat back down
and
asked the board where it was. That was the question it was waiting for.
A
cool air filled the room and several of the candle blew out, the rest
burning
low enough to shed just enough light to know they were not out. Two of
my
friends had backed themselves into my bedroom wall, while i stood up to
turn
on the lights. Instantly I was thrown violently to my bed. My closet
doors
flung themselves open being previously closed and a red glow emitted
from
the center if them. My friend screamed and fainted and the..."thing" as
it
was, dissapeared into the wall. All of us were rattled beyond anything
we
had ever felt before and fell asleep where we were too afraid to move.
In
the morning when we woke, the place where the Quija board was empty and
upon
inspection of my room, was later found in the closet where the thing
dissapeared.
We decided it would be best to just forget the whole insident and my
friends
departed. The days that followed were very strange indeed. Since the
closet
ordeal i had moved all my clothes into a spare dresser in the living
room
and locked my closet doors with thick locks. The locks of course never
stayed
on and my closet doors were often open at night flapping of their
hinges
and waking me in my sleep. I never got up the nerve to go in that room
again
and only did so with my new fiance when we moved into a new house three
years
later. I only mentioned the incident once since then and my friends i
never
heard from again. I dont know what ever happened to my haunted house
but
i do know that my fiance and I are both very happy in our new, spook
free
house.
