Reports:
Activity in the home has included such occurrences as Items missing form the home found at a later time in different locations than they were left. Reports of people spending any extended period of time at the location having raised levels of anger to the point of fighting. Electrical problems such as exploding light bulbs and appliances being turned on while nobody at home. Banging noises have been heard from the crawl space under the home. Dogs at the home will not go into certain areas of the home and tend to hide in one room. The wife has reported that she has heard music playing at a low level while she is sleeping. They had purchased a new Pig House (500lbs) when they left the home, the pig house was in front of the home, when they came back the pig house was in the horse stable behind a locked fence and there were no signs that the pig house had been dragged or lifted over the fence to the horse corral. Several chickens in the coop had been stretched out and killed. On the ceiling of the living room there is a stain from the last suicide at the location and the current owners have attempted to paint over the stains but have never been able to they have used primer and up to 6 coats of paint and the stains keep coming through.

History:
The location has a reputation in the area as the house that local children will not go near.
The original address of the location was xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The home was built in 1958 by a man by the last name of xxxxx. Ms. xxxxx died of meningitis in the home in the bedroom located in the southeast side of the home. Her husband commited suicide 8 months later in the same room.
Donald xxxxx then purchased the home as an investment property but never lived in the home. During this time Steve xxxxxxxx rented the home (7/14/80-10/19/81) during this time the renters teenage son killed himself (possibly by a gun) The next renter was Wayne xxxxxx (10/19/81-5/9/83) there was no reported activity during this time. The next owner was David D. xxxx (5/18/83-9/4/84) Mr. xxxx then rented out the home to Bob (unknown time) the next renter was Robert xxxx (2/26/85-7/8/85) Mr., xxxx had two daughters and either Mr. xxxx or his wife possibly committed suicide. The home was then purchased by Lance xxxxx (7/18/85-1-23/89) Lance killed his wife and then called his mother to tell her that he was going to commit suicide. His mother contacted the Police and the swat team broke down the back door just in time for Mr. xxxxx to kill himself. The home was then purchased by the current residents. The current residents have added a large addition to the back of the home.
Ms. xxxxxx has talked to the police officer that was the first on the scene at the last murder/suicide he showed her the location of the bodies and explained what had happened.

Investigation:
We were contacted by the current residents about possible paranormal activity in the home.  The activity had reportedly happened for several years and has been increasing for the past few months. Ms. xxxxxx was referred to us by a Relationship She and her husband were going to Mr. xxxxxx for marital problems. The marriage has been going through some very hard times, and they are at the beginning of a divorce. The husband does not believe in anything related to the paranormal, so he is very cynical about the idea of the location being haunted. The wife is concerned that the marital situation might be caused by possible paranormal activity.

After initial contact, both of the residents filled out standard R.M.P.R.S. questionnaires. (Included in report).
A pre-onsite interview was conducted several weeks before the onsite investigation. At the initial interview, the couple was very open to us however the husband was honest in stating that he does not believe in the paranormal. At the interview we went over the questions and verified the history and the location of the home.

We went to the home on April 22, 2003 at approximately 6:30p.m.
While Wendy interviewed the wife the husband went to work in the barn. During this time Bryan and Carol started mapping the location and taking EMF readings.
The readings and map included only the original structure.

Readings:
The following readings were taken during a 2-hour period both with the power to the home on ad off to determine if internal wiring had any influence on the measurements.

Measurement 1:
Front room: Average of .5 to 1 m gauss. The area by the front door on the interior was 6.1 m gauss.
Kitchen: At the north entrance to the kitchen 6 m gauss, 9 m gauss and average of .2 throughout the rest of the room.
Bathroom: .5-1 m gauss
Bedroom: Average of 3 m gauss around bed and changes of 5-10 m gauss in the center of the bed.
Northeast Bedroom: average of 1-3 m gauss throughout the room.
Outdoors: Average of .5-1 m gauss around home.

Measurement 2:
Front room: .5-1 m gauss
Kitchen: 2.5 m gauss in center of room 2.8 m gauss in the center of the table .5 m gauss throughout the rest of the room.
Bathroom: .5 m gauss throughout
Bedroom: average of .5 throughout the room.
Northeast Bedroom: Average of .2 throughout the room
Outdoors: average of .5-1 m gauss around home.

Measurement 3:
Front room: .5-1 m gauss throughout room
Kitchen: At North entrance to the room 2.8 m gauss average of 2.5 m gauss throughout the room and 2.8 m gauss at the table
Bathroom: Average of .5 throughout the room
Bedroom: Average of .9 around the room and 4-9 m gauss on the bed
Northeast Bedroom: Average of .5 m gauss throughout the room
Outdoors: Average of .5-1 m gauss around home

Measurement 4:
Front room: Average of .5 throughout room
Kitchen: 6 m gauss at North entrance of room .9 m gauss throughout the room
Bathroom: average .5-1 throughout the room
Bedroom: Average of .9 m gauss around room and jumping from .4-6 m gauss on the bed.
Northeast Bedroom: Average of .5 m gauss throughout the room
Outdoors: Average of .5-1 m gauss around the home

At this point of the investigation, Wendy did a “smudging” of the home and readings were taken again.

Measurement 5:
All readings throughout the home dropped to an average of .2 m gauss throughout the home.
Outdoors: Average of .5-1 m gauss

Conclusion:
The home has a history of murder and suicide that includes a majority of its occupants.
The activity reported by the current occupants is consistent with other reported “paranormal” activity.
The measurements taken at the location are very inconsistent. They do not match what should be caused by normal electrical fields (power lines, home wiring, background EMF)
The situation with the marital stress is not strictly caused by possible paranormal activity but may be aggravated by the occurrences.
We recommend that the Couple continue with any counseling.
The home was “smudged/cleansed” and the results are still inconclusive.

A follow up report is recommended to help the people involved and determine if there are any changes in the EMF readings.

This report is submitted only as suggestions, and the parties involved have to be with the understanding that the field of the Paranormal is not an exact science.
